  I am very dissatisfied with the care I received from Kelly. I feel that she did not listen to the issues I have reoccurring from mrsa infections. after 2 an a half hour drive to my follow up apt due to traffic I called to notify office I would be late due to traffic an was told no problem. once I got there the apt was at 8 it was 820 when I arrived and the girl at the front said "uh well we have a 15 min grace period we will see if we can work u in very rudely. then when I saw the doc kelly I was there for a 6 month follow up, but just so happened I had another infection starting. when I explained to the doc how they work with me, as I have dealt with many of them, she rudely said oh so your just here wanting medicine .i explained no I was there for the follow up but wanted to treat the infection to stop it from getting extremely painful. she spoke to me as if I had no clue what I was talking about an said it would need to be bigger before they could treat it and id have to come back if that happened. she gave me steroid shots to try an stop it but it did not work. one week later I end up back in the office needing it drained as it was much worse. when Kelly came in the room she was asking about a apt I had back in aug, having no clue what was going on with me even though she had seen me one week earlier. so I explained what she said last time and she half ass drained it as I have had to continue to drain multiple time since. she said she would test it an call me Monday with results an the antibiotics if needed. I called monday spoke with nurse who said yes it was mrsa an the doc would look at it an call me back with what meds that were needed. she never called. I called back an left a msg for nurse asking what was going on and no one has called me back. I fell discriminated and un cared for, not to mention I have had mrsa now 3 weeks with no treatment. I do not recommend this place at all and will be reporting them. I also asked to speak with the person over the practice an they sent msg to her saying she would call an she did not call either.
