- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It's treatment of its injured workers comp recipients are horific. They deny almost every thing and force you to have to fight them to get medical treatment that you are supposed to be legally entitled to. They get so far behind on paying for treatments or medications that are approved that those things are held back for lack of payment. Then you suffer while fighting to get those things back. I could write volumes on the 10 1/2 years of struggling with Zurich for consistent anything. I had to file numerous complaints with the state, go to abudsman, judges and even the state senators office to get medical treatments that Zurich denies.September 01, 2017by Jim Froman
