  Very pleasant experience from the beginning until a claim needed filed. Mr. Crawford, one of the agents from this company had always been very helpful and polite until he could not own his own mistake. Lets start from the beginning. I started a General Liability policy with them in October, 2013 as an independent contractor for a cable provider. I liked doing business with them so when I was promoted to manager I referred every new hire to this company. A year or so later I created a side business that would include Audio/Video work such as mounting TVs and surround sound installs which would require working with high end equipment and pricey TVs (some I purchased and some customer owned). So the smart thing to do would be to make sure I had coverage for these items. I called Natchez Trace Insurance group and spoke to Mr. Crawford and I explained in great detail the type of work I would be doing and the items that needed covered. He said that business name was added to the policy and the changes that needed made were going to be added to the policy so that it would cover any damage to the property and any electronic component that I would be installing. My premiums did raise so I trusted that my adjuster ( Mr. Crawford) knew what he was doing. Three years or so have passed and all payments had been made on my policy. All had been well until I broke my first TV on an install. Long story short I filed a claim and I was told by the reps (Mr. Crawford) at Natchez trace that there should not be a problem honoring this claim as it is actually a small claim considering my coverage is capped at 2 million. After a couple of days the claim was actually denied by Auto Owners Insurance out of Brentwood Tn. due to not having the correct coverage. Mr. Crawford admitted the mistake was his but also that I was out of luck and there was nothing he could do. I see this as very bad business and would not recommend Natchez Trace Insurance group to anyone. I have plans to reach out to all the technicians who I have referred to them and let them beware. The cost of high end TVs are not cheap but its mainly the fact that someone else's error may cost me three years of premiums and the purchase of a new TV. It takes a lot for me to write negative reviews because I know the impact that they can have on a company but this is completely justified.
