- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've given this place the benefit of the doubt for over a year. I should have changed doctors sooner. I've been trying for over 2 weeks to get my seizure medication and panic attack meds refilled. I even made an appointment, as I thought this might speed up the process. The appt is tomorrow and I still don't have my meds. I'm having seizures and severe anxiety because of the carelessness of the doctor. The staff seems okay, I like Jennifer. She's really helpful but I guess when they present things to the doctor they are rejected and not sent in to the pharmacy. I don't understand it.... The doc had told me I need to get my seizure meds through my neurologist, but I just changed insurances and need a referral first (hence the appointment) In the past they have held medication from me until I see my specialist. It's not right. I'm doing everything I can and now I am going through withdrawals and having seizures. I have a 3 year old to take care of all day, THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!
